These start with a Platica (heart straightening talk), which is a limpia within itself

This is a quick "tune-up" where I give your 7 main energy points a vibration "shock" to wake them up and get them flowing, specially if they are dormant or have some static energy lingering; the resonance moves onto your aura helping you feel refreshed. This is a great 'pick me up' specially if you have been feeling under the weather or just need a quick energy boost. It's a sound bath for the chakras, your aura and your heart.

Reiki with Crystals & Sound (1hr)
There are 7 main Energy Points (Chakras) within the body that align with the spine, starting at the coccyx up to the top of the head. This 1hr session includes Reiki, Crystals being placed on the chakras & Sound to amplify and help move energy. If there is a specific issue/injury or such; I will address it in an energetic manner.

This is a gentle, hands-off session used to accelerate the body's natural ability to reduce stress, relax, & heal itself.
It’s particularly great for when you can’t make it in person due to illness and/or hospitalization and for your ‘fury kids’

Spirit Animal Journey (30min)
Connecting to our spirit animal(s) can be beneficial for our spiritual journey & growth as they often have a message to convey to us and are great allies to work with.
This is a guided meditation where you are taken to the realm in which spirit animal essence 'hang out' putting you in the same frequency in where you are able to connect and/or interact with them.
